a warm haven with caring staff & comfy rooms

Incredibly friendly staff made our stay nice!

The food was great - variety of options. The stuff where very kind, amiable and helped me with free parking. The hotel was in a perfect location, close to main avenue.

Facilities were great, nonetheless Wi-Fi was rather slow.

The staff's friendliness and the ideal location made our stay enjoyable, especially with easy access to local attractions and a clean, comfortable room for breakfast.

My must haves' are a luxurious, huge room with a TV and wonderful terrace, for example.

I loved how easy it was to walk to the beautiful Chapultepec Castle, just under 3 km away, and the fine Museo Nacional de Antropologia, located about 3 km from my hotel. The staff were really helpful, perfect for a single traveler like me.

The suite was spacious and clean, with a huge hot tub that was perfect for relaxing after a long day. The excellent streaming TV options really made our evenings enjoyable. However, the couch was uncomfortable with a noticeable dent.

The staff demonstrated really good friendliness and were very accommodating during our 7-night stay. It was easy to walk to major attractions. The kitchenette allowed for convenient meals, while the laundry facilities were an added bonus. The comfort level of the beds was excellent, perfect for winding down after a long day of exploring.

I am appalled by the terrible service I received! The air-conditioning in my Standard Double Suite was completely non-functional. Despite complaining multiple times, the front desk continuously made excuses without providing any solutions. It feels as though the staff has zero concern for their guests' comfort or well-being.
